Has anyone tried to do a hard reset? I tried to do one on my phone tonight, but kept getting a message to end all calls and connections. All I could think of was to disable bluetooth, but that did not work. I took it not working as a sign to give up this attempt at straightening out my problems with the Ovi store and to wait to see if there is any technical support forthcoming.

Turn the phone to offline mode. It will work then.

brak – to do hard reset you need to type *#7370# – if anny of your applications such as email or chat are connected disconnect them – these will also prevent the hard reset.
